Here is the update to 81 year old male CC: “Cold and shaky”

The patient was sent to the cardiac cath lab where angiography revealed 100% occlusion of the right coronary artery (RCA). A stent was successfully placed and the patient is doing well.

    This is an SVG attached to a PDA off of an RCA. The PDA is backfilling the RCA. This is not a native RCA though

    What about the dee ST depression in the anterior leads !!
    No lesion was found in LCX !!

    @Hillis:  the deep ST depressions in anterior leads were Reciprocal changes.
